CharmingBCBA is operated by Special Delivery for Kidz Consultancy Ltd ("we," "us," "our"), based in Hong Kong. This policy explains what personal data we collect through charmingbcba.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Separate service agreements govern the confidentiality of children receiving clinical services.

1. What We Collect

  • Contact details you provide, including your name, email address and phone number.
  • Information you choose to share about your family's situation, your child's approximate age, interests and areas of concern.
  • Your email address and optional first name when you join the newsletter or request a free resource.
  • Basic technical data, such as browser type, IP address and general location, processed for site delivery, security and embedded content.

2. How We Use It

  • Respond to enquiries and arrange discovery conversations or services.
  • Send requested resources and opted-in newsletter content.
  • Operate, secure and improve the website and meet legal and professional obligations.
  • We do not sell personal data or share it with advertisers.

3. Who We Share It With

  • Brevo processes mailing-list subscriptions and sends email communications.
  • Lovable Cloud stores form submissions and supports the site's database services.
  • Cloudflare Pages hosts and delivers the website securely.
  • Google serves the website's fonts. Instagram and Threads embed scripts are loaded for social content and may process technical data or set their own cookies under their respective privacy policies.
  • No dedicated analytics or advertising tracking script is currently loaded; in particular, the site does not currently load a Flock script. These providers may process data outside Hong Kong solely to provide their services.

4. How Long We Keep It

  • We retain enquiries only as long as needed to respond, maintain client records where applicable, or meet legal obligations. Newsletter subscribers remain on the list until they unsubscribe.

5. Your Rights

  • Under Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO), you may ask what personal data we hold, request correction of inaccurate data, and withdraw marketing consent at any time.

6. Cookies and Browser Storage

  • The site stores your language preference and, after a successful resource sign-up, a simple browser-storage flag so you are not asked for the same details repeatedly. Necessary session storage may be used for secure account access where applicable.
  • The YouTube video is not loaded until you click play. After you do, the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com player loads and YouTube may set cookies or use similar technologies under its own policy. Instagram and Threads embeds may also use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. We do not currently use advertising cookies or a dedicated analytics service.
